Sharnelle James

A business owner and real estate agent for over two decades, Sharnelle has sold properties in some of the area’s most noted streets and precincts of the East Logan area. “It’s a great area to be part of, over the years I have seen the positive impact of the rejuvenation of certain areas and how the housing styles have changed.” Whether it’s an architecturally designed home or an established acreage property, Sharnelle has the experience to deliver a professional outcome.  Together with her daughter Kylie Morris, both have extensive experience and knowledge of the property market in times of selling and buying in the ever-changing market of real estate.  As property owners themselves and also as sales agents.

Renowned for her personable nature and strong work ethic, Sharnelle has built a large clientele over the years with a number of repeat and referral clients.

Sharnelle has lived in the area Since 1981 where she has been an active member of the community as a swimming teacher at Sue Howletts Swim School, Rotary Loganholme, Zonta Southside, Shailer Park Netball Club and Supporter of Carbrook Golf Club Penants Team in the past.

Sharnelle also has a wealth of knowledge within the building industry where she co-owned the building company, Sharnelle Homes. Extremely family orientated with her three adult kids and seven amazing grandchildren.  Known as Nana Shazza.  Her hobbies include – renovating, gardening, the beach and family time with her crazy busy kids and grandkids.
